Fenwick Represents Versatile in $20 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Versatile, a company using machine learning and AI to optimize construction processes, in its $20 million Series A funding. The round was led by Insight Partners and Entree Capital, and joined by previous investors Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH, Root Ventures, Conductive Ventures, and veteran construction technology entrepreneurs Leigh Jasper and Rob Phillpot.

The new funding will accelerate growth and availability of the solution, as well as the development of new, AI-based capabilities to create more connected insights for a variety of users. More information can be obtained from Versatile’s announcement.
