Fenwick Represents Warp in $60M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Warp, a startup using AI to automate payroll compliance and employee management, in its $60 million Series B funding. The round was led by Battery Ventures, with participation from Peak XV, Sound Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Warp will use the funds to support deeper AI agents, tax and compliance infrastructure, expand its product suite, and support its fast-growing customers. More information can be obtained from the company’s website.
