Fenwick Represents Wildlife Studios in $120 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Wildlife Studios, among the 20 biggest companies at mobile gaming in the world, in its $120 million Series B financing. The round was led by Vulcan Capital, with participation from existing investor Human Capital.

Wildlife Studios will use the funding to accelerate new games development, build its future games infrastructure and continue investing in talent. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team included corporate partner Dan Dorosin and associates James Li, Chance Goldberg, Summer Yin and Christian Olano; tax partner William Skinner and associate Ora Grinberg.
