Fenwick & West represented Zimperium, Inc., a cybersecurity leader offering enterprise class protection for mobile devices against the next generation of advanced attacks, in its $25 million Series C financing. Private equity firm Warburg Pincus led the latest round with participation from current investors Sierra Ventures, Telstra Ventures and Lazarus Israel Opportunities Fund LLLP.
The company will use the funds to support its zLabs research team as they continue to uncover previously unknown threats. More information about Zimperium’s $25 million Series C financing can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
