Fenwick & West defended Solta Medical in class action suit brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). After voluntarily providing significant information to the plaintiffs’ lawyers, we were able to negotiate an individual settlement before the expense associated with motion practice and discovery.
