Fenwick Looks East with NYC Capital Markets Hires as IPOs Mount

Reuters recently reported on the arrival of partner Aman Singh at Fenwick, the third capital markets lawyer to join the firm’s New York office this year, following Per Chilstrom and Michael Pilo.

“Our tech and life sciences clients are experiencing extraordinary growth across the board, and demand in the capital markets space is exceptionally high,” Fenwick chair Richard Dickson said in a firm statement.

The article reported on the firm’s involvement in a number of recent high-profile capital markets transactions, including Coinbase Global Inc’s milestone $100 billion Nasdaq direct listing last month. It noted Singh’s experience advising both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities.

Fenwick corporate chair Alan Smith was also quoted: “Aman’s arrival helps ensure that we can stay ahead as we advise these clients through the complexities of their options—be it a SPAC, IPO or direct listing—and on their needs as successful public companies.”
