Fenwick corporate partner Ken Myers was honored at the 2023 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Awards Gala Dinner on September 21.
Hosted by the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC), the event celebrates the achievements of Asian American entrepreneurs, professionals and corporate executives who are engaged in a variety of business interests and play a key role in driving the U.S. economy. The annual gala, now in its 22nd year, is one of the most prestigious events in the Asian American business community.
Ken concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters and co-leads Fenwick's M&A practice. He represents domestic and international companies, boards and financial advisors in a broad range of strategic transactions in the technology, digital entertainment and life sciences industries.
