California Legal Awards Honors Jennifer Bretan Among Women Leaders in Tech Law for Litigation

Fenwick partner Jennifer Bretan was honored as a Woman Leader in Tech Law for Litigation at the California Legal Awards.

Bretan was on the team that secured the dismissal with prejudice of the SEC’s enforcement action against Justin Sun and the Tron Foundation, an outcome that helped reset the course for the crypto industry’s regulatory future.
