Fenwick was named the inaugural recipient of the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area’s (IIBA) Outstanding Pro Bono Partnership Award. The firm was honored with the award at the 8th Annual Comedy Night for Immigrant Rights at the Presidio Theater in San Francisco, CA.
In 2023, 164 Fenwick attorneys donated 500 hours of their time, assisted nearly 100 clients and provided financial sponsorship for six clinics. Fenwick’s collaboration with IIBA, which supports over 10,000 clients annually, reflects the firm’s dedication to pro bono work. The comedy night event, IIBA’s largest annual fundraiser, brought sponsors, comedians like Chris Garcia, Negin Farsad, Beth Stelling, and Sheng Wang, and dedicated supporters together to champion immigrant rights.
