Buckley, has joined the firm and will lead the litigation practice in its Seattle office.
Mr. Buckley's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including trade secret and non-competition litigation, securities class actions, regulatory and internal investigations, shareholder derivative/fiduciary breach actions, and IP litigation. Mr. Buckley received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Willamette University in 1993, and his law degree, Order of the Coif, from the University of Washington in 1996. Since 2002, Mr. Buckley has served as a Board member of Family Services of King County (Seattle’s oldest human services organization), and served as Board Chair from 2006-2008. Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Mr. Buckley was a partner at DLA Piper and an associate at Foster Pepper in Seattle. Mr. Buckley has worked with diverse clients across a variety of industries, including Costco, Conseco, Fox Interactive Media, Harris Bank, InfoSpace, and Darigold.
