Mountain View, CA (September 12, 2012)– The Daily Journal recognized partners Gordon Davidson and Greg Roussel in its list of the Top 100 Lawyers in California. The list recognizes California-based attorneys involved in cases that had a broad legal or industrial impact over the past 18 months.
Fenwick chairman, Gordon Davidson, is described as “a Silicon Valley legend” and recognized for his recent work, along with Jeffrey Vetter, leading Facebook’s historic IPO in May. In the past year alone, he brought five companies public, most recently ServiceNow, and represented SuccessFactors in their $3.4 billion acquisition by SAP.
Greg Roussel, a partner in the firm’s Corporate group, is noted for his work as lead mergers and acquisitions counsel for Facebook and for his work representing Bytemobile in their June acquisition by Citrix.
