Fenwick Named Go-To Firm for Patent Litigation

Fenwick was highlighted among the leading firms for patent litigation by legal analytics company Lex Machina.

The firm was ranked as one of the top five firms – and the top California-based firm – that defended the most patent cases in 2018, based on data from Lex Machina’s latest report. Fenwick represented accused patent infringers in 86 cases in 15 districts.
