Fenwick’s David Hadden Recognized by Patexia as the “Best Performing” Patent Litigation Defense Attorney in the U.S.

Fenwick patent litigation partner David Hadden was recognized as the best performing patent defense lawyer in the country according to a new report released by Patexia. Patexia Insight 98 includes a list of the “Top Patent Litigation Attorneys of 2021,” and the assessment was based on its 2021 Patent Litigation Intelligence Report, which evaluated 10,552 patent litigation cases filed in federal district courts between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2020.

The report analyzed 2,841 law firms involved in those cases and assessed their performance (based on 5,998 cases that resolved as of November 7, 2020). Being named among the top 25 out of 12,780 attorneys means the attorney is in the top 0.2 percentile in the respective category.

Hadden, named among the top intellectual property lawyers in California for 2020 by the Daily Journal, is a top trial lawyer highly sought by the world’s most recognized and innovative companies to help them win complex and high-stakes patent litigation disputes.
