Fenwick Partners with Indie.vc on Investment Documents for v3 Investor Program

Fenwick & West — creators of the Series Seed docs —​ partnered with Indie.vc to design a new standard set of investment documents that are distinctly different from the one-size-fits-all venture model and that are flexible enough to capture a wide range of investor and entrepreneur-friendly outcomes, all in a package that requires very little legal expenses. The Fenwick team, led by Eli Curi with input from Mark Stevens and Brian Hicks, completely revamped the old v2 investment document to address real-world concerns voiced by investors and entrepreneurs who want to focus on profitability and revenue growth.
