Arielle works with clients to evaluate, build and enhance their global privacy programs and practices. She has a breadth of experience developing and maintaining global privacy programs and leading teams through large scale privacy projects. Arielle leverages a deep knowledge of foreign and domestic privacy laws to strategically create effective policy frameworks, mitigate emerging risks and assess controls.
Arielle previously served as an executive director for global privacy compliance at JPMorgan Chase, where she managed the company’s global privacy efforts related to policies, risks, controls, regulatory change management and third-party oversight. She played a lead role for the company’s effort to comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implementing a firmwide process for data protection impact assessments. Before that, she was a director of global privacy risk management at American Express.
