Tiana advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including venture capital financing, formation and structure, and capital markets transactions.

During law school, Tiana served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and Publishing Editor of the California Law Review. She also served as President of the Startup Law Initiative and led the Business Community Legal Advice Workshop, both of which provide pro bono legal services to entrepreneurs.
