Fenwick Represents WorkOS in $100M Series C Funding

Fenwick represented WorkOS, a developer-focused API platform, in its $100 million Series C funding. The round was co-led by Meritech and Sapphire, with participation from Audacious, Craft, Abstract, Greenoaks, and others.

WorkOS will use the funds to accelerate the next phase of development by building what’s needed to make agentic software secure and reliable. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
