Brandon advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation matters, with a focus on derivative and securities litigation, corporate governance and government investigations.
During law school, Brandon served as a law clerk for several government organizations, including the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. He was also a summer associate at a complex securities litigation firm. While pursuing his J.D., Brandon was inducted into the U.C. Hastings Honor Society and was the recipient of seven Witkin and CALI Awards for Excellence.
Prior to the practice of law, Brandon led a successful career in the U.S. Army as an armor officer in various capacities across cavalry and infantry units. He continues to serve our nation as a reservist.
