Brent provides strategic counseling to emerging and established companies on a broad range of privacy and cybersecurity matters, including transactions and product counseling.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Brent worked as privacy counsel at OneMarket Network, LLC (formerly Westfield Labs) and at eBay Inc.

He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) and a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT).
