David assists with analyzing prior art, preparing claim construction and invalidity charts, and drafting patent applications. His experience spans a wide range of technological fields, including antibody design, peptide and small molecule therapeutics, and biotechnology.
During his graduate studies, David focused on developing novel antibodies to study Alzheimer's Disease and identified peptides that modulate cancer signaling. He also studied surfactant toxicity in relation to metallic nanoparticles. As an undergraduate, David focused on biodegradable polymer design for drug delivery applications.
Prior to joining Fenwick, David was a scientific advisor at an international law firm. During graduate school, he interned at the Cornell Center for Technology Licensing.
