Diana represents technology companies in a broad range of litigation matters, with a focus on complex commercial disputes.
During law school, Diana worked as a research assistant to a Boston University School of Law professor, where she researched legal obligations of startup ventures, including employment concerns. Diana has also served as a copyright intern for the nonprofit Authors Alliance and as a student advocate for a startup law clinic. Prior to this, Diana was a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
