He also has over 10 years of experience as an engineer and an information technology professional and uses his knowledge and experience to prepare and prosecute patent applications covering a broad spectrum of technological fields, including software, mobile technology, telecommunications, network infrastructure, and system architecture.
Dmitry's practice also includes preparation of licensing decks and claim charts that clearly illustrate patent infringement and validity. He has extensive experience managing large-scale global patent portfolios, from initial patent drafting and filings to navigating the nuances of specific jurisdictions, including experience in European Opposition Proceedings. Additionally, Dmitry’s experience comprises conducting patent infringement and validity analysis, performing due diligence and navigating the complex rules governing patent term adjustment.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Dmitry was an associate in the patent prosecution group of a leading international law firm where his representation spanned a diverse set of industries.
