E.J. represents startups, emerging growth companies, and venture funds on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters. His practice focuses on seed, venture and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.

E.J. brings extensive experience counseling founders, executives, and boards on day-to-day general corporate matters and other strategic business matters.

Before joining Fenwick, E.J. was a corporate associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group at a leading law firm in Boston.
