Felix is a securities enforcement and litigation partner focusing on the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation and government investigations. He has handled some of the largest and most complex securities class actions in the country, with the combined claimed damages of his matter representations totaling in excess of $50 billion. Felix also regularly conducts internal investigations for corporate boards and their audit or special litigation committees, as well as providing advice and analysis of corporate governance and compliance issues.
Felix has chaired Fenwick’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee for over 10 years, during which time the American Lawyer has consistently ranked Fenwick among the Top 10 law firms nationally for diversity. Since 2009, he has also served on the board of the Asian Law Alliance, a legal non-profit that has helped tens of thousands of people obtain decent housing, justice in the immigration process and access to basic human and legal rights.
