Grant concentrates his practice on a broad variety of domestic and international tax matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Grant was a transactional associate at an Am Law 50 firm, where he focused on cross-border M&A and post-acquisition integrations.

During law school, Grant participated in start-up entrepreneurship competitions, achieving first place in the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management Cross-Campus Innovation Challenge and second place in the Lowell Milken Institute Sandler Entrepreneurship Competition.
