Daniel supports life sciences clients in preparing and prosecuting patent applications as a technical advisor in Fenwick’s intellectual property group.
Daniel received his Ph.D. from Rutgers, where his research focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying female fertility. His doctoral project involved identifying and characterizing the role of a transient organelle in the developmental competency of oocytes by using a combination of mouse models, molecular biology, genetics, and microscopy. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals. During his Ph.D. studies, Daniel also completed a fellowship at Innovation Ventures, the technology transfer office within the Rutgers Office for Research, where he gained insight on the marketing and business development of the technologies developed by the institution’s researchers.
