Heath has over ten years of experience working with national law firms and driving operational development and innovation initiatives to improve the quality of legal services provided to firm clients. In collaboration with the firm’s Knowledge & Innovation Delivery and Research & Intelligence groups, Heath helps to design business models, re-engineer processes and develop technologies designed to streamline legal operations tailored to serve the firm’s life sciences and technology clients. In 2020, he co-authored the chapter "Unlock the Power of Positivity – Sustain Performance in Stressful Times" in LawVision's Guidance for Law Firm Leaders: The Legal Profession in a COVID-19 World playbook.

Before joining Fenwick, Heath was the director of client intake services at another prominent Am Law 100 law firm where he led the firm’s efforts as they related to new client development, conflict resolution, risk management and business integration functions. He also led the development, design and implementation of the firm's first enterprise workflow system. In recognition of this effort, he received The International Legal Technology Association’s Distinguished Peer Award for Technology Advocacy Professional of the Year.
