- Obtained dismissal of all claims against medical device company, its CEO/founder and its China-based enterprise on summary judgment in action where plaintiff/co-founder alleged fraud and breach of duty in connection with the sale of his stock to another founder.
- Represented one of the ten largest U.S. law firms in several related actions arising from the bankruptcy of a commercial real estate fund in the East Bay.
- Representing start-up company and its venture investors in litigation currently pending in Los Angeles Superior Court.
