Jay has successfully pursued litigations and arbitrations across a wide range of subjects in both state and federal courts, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, post-merger earn-out disputes, and anticompetitive practices. This includes repeatedly serving as plaintiff’s counsel for Fenwick’s corporate clients and founders. His extensive experience on both offense and defense gives him unique strategic and procedural perspectives. Based on this extensive litigation experience, Jay helps his clients successfully resolve matters pre-litigation whenever possible and obtain victories in court when litigation is required.
