Jessica practices intellectual property litigation and counseling for companies in the life sciences and technology industries. She has represented companies in matters involving patent and trademark infringement, and has experience with all aspects of litigation, including conducting pre-suit due diligence, taking depositions, arguing claim construction, drafting summary judgment and other motions, trial and appeal. Jessica has experience in a variety of venues throughout the country, including federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also advises clients regarding patent and trademark prosecution strategy.
Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice. Her pro bono work has included drafting patent applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, consulting companies on IP licensing matters and assisting organizations with incorporating and filing for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jessica worked as an associate at a prominent litigation firm in New York.
During law school, Jessica was the staff editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
