Jessica represents technology and life sciences companies in patent litigation before district courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission. Her practice encompasses a broad range of technologies, including computer hardware and software applications, semiconductor devices, telecommunication networks, imaging and display systems, signal and data processing, and medical devices. She has experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, claim construction, summary judgment and trial.
Before joining Fenwick, Jessica was a senior associate at a multinational law firm, where she advised clients on a wide variety of intellectual property matters. In addition to patent litigation, Jessica maintained an active patent prosecution docket and worked with clients to effectively develop and manage their patent portfolios both in the U.S. and abroad. She also handled IP due diligence matters, helping companies evaluate and assess the strength of their patent portfolios.
