Jonathan provides strategic counsel to a wide range of emerging technology clients, including payments platforms, digital asset exchanges, stablecoin and tokenization projects, and data and infrastructure companies, on corporate, securities, and regulatory matters. Jonathan regularly guides companies from formation through liquidity events, including capital raising, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions, and is known for delivering pragmatic, business-oriented advice to founders and investors navigating highly regulated and rapidly evolving markets.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jonathan worked as a corporate associate at two leading global law firms.
While attending law school, Jonathan served as an editor for the Cornell Law Review.
