Josh advises emerging and high-growth companies, venture capital funds, and strategic investors on a broad range of corporate matters. He regularly represents clients in the technology, AI/ML, blockchain, life sciences, and healthtech industries.

While in law school, Josh served as president of the Business Law Association. He also supported nonprofits and neighborhood-based small businesses in southeast Michigan as a law clerk in Michigan Law’s Community Enterprise Clinic.
