Kathryn (Katy) advises on litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation as it pertains to Hatch-Waxman pharmaceutical litigation. She has successfully represented clients in various other litigation matters, including inter partes reviews, other post-grant proceedings and trademark and trade dress litigation.
In her pro bono practice, Katy has represented clients in immigration and veterans’ compensation proceedings.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Katy was a litigation associate for a leading law firm, where her practice focused on intellectual property litigation for life sciences companies.
