Leanne advises technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of intellectual property and licensing matters. She regularly works with clients in the semiconductor, consumer electronics, and biotechnology industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Leanne worked as a technology transactions associate for an Am Law 50 firm. She has experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses and other commercial agreements, including development, manufacturing, and supply agreements. She has also provided guidance on intellectual property matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Leanne maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration matters and advising non-profit clients.
