Martyna advises on a range of intellectual property litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. In addition to her experience with patent disputes, Martyna has also represented clients in trademark and copyright litigation matters, working with companies across different sectors, including software, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Martyna was an IP litigation associate in the San Francisco office of a prominent law firm.
While obtaining her LL.M., Martyna served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
