Matthew concentrates his practice on corporate matters, serving clients in the life sciences and technology industries. He is an experienced attorney who has represented emerging and startup companies, as well as venture capital and growth equity firms across a variety of corporate transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Matthew was a corporate associate at a prominent New York-based law firm. Matthew currently serves as an adjunct professor for Yeshiva University, where he has taught courses on philosophy, literature, film and American political thought, among others.
