Michael advises technology clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters. He assists clients in the development of robust patent portfolios and represents clients before the USPTO in patent prosecution matters. Michael also advises clients on other methods of protecting their software intellectual property, including open source licensing and trade secret protection. Michael has worked with clients in a myriad of technical spaces, including deep learning, computer graphics, IOT devices, autonomous vehicles, social networking, network security, web advertising, and agricultural technology.
While attending college, Michael, as Project Manager for the Harvey Mudd College Clinic Team for Red Hat, was responsible for developing an algorithm to asynchronously replicate data across separate data centers.
