Molly advises startups and emerging companies in the technology and life sciences spaces on a variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school at the University of Chicago, Molly served as a research assistant studying the emerging legal model of personalized law. She also worked as a law clerk for the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship, which provides services to lower-income entrepreneurs.
