Nick advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation matters. He has experience drafting pleadings; conducting discovery; drafting and arguing motions; and taking and defending depositions. Nick also has trial and arbitration experience, including examining and cross-examining fact and expert witnesses.
Before joining Fenwick, Nick was corporate counsel at Amazon, where he advised on fraud prevention, consumer protection, and privacy matters. Prior to Amazon, Nick was a litigation associate at a prominent California firm, where he represented clients in the technology, education, finance, and transportation industries. He also maintained an active pro bono practice in which he was part of a trial team that successfully represented students challenging the sufficiency of New Mexico’s public education system.
