Noah advises clients in the technology field and various other industries on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, including application filing and strategy, knockout and full searches, office action responses, cease and desist letters, TTAB oppositions and cancellations and foreign disputes.
While in law school, Noah served as the supervising editor for Berkeley’s California Law Review and as the senior online content editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Noah was an associate with a leading international law firm where he focused on domestic and international trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, registration and enforcement.
Noah has been recognized as a Northern California Rising Star in the area of IP by Super Lawyers every year since 2021.
