Sean represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of securities litigation matters. He has experience investigating and prosecuting a wide array of cases, including white collar, public corruption, and cybercrimes.

Before joining Fenwick, Sean served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Sean also previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.
