Fenwick & West represented Subtext Media, Inc., the first e-reading platform built specifically to engage today’s learners of all reading levels, in its acquisition by Renaissance Learning, Inc., a provider of online assessments and data-powered trenching and learning solution for the classroom. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
