Fenwick & West LLP represented Keynote Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: KEYN) in its recently announced acquisition of SIGOS Systemintegrations GmbH of Nuremberg, Germany. SIGOS is a leading supplier of mobile data network testing and monitoring systems to major wireless operators in Europe. Keynote will pay € 25 million in cash, or approximately US $30 million for SIGOS. In addition, Keynote may pay up to an additional € 8 million, or approximately US $9.6 million, in cash if certain milestones are achieved.
