Fenwick & West represented eBureau, LLC, an industry leading provider of predictive analytics and information solutions, in its acquisition by TransUnion (NYSE:TRU), an aggregator of consumer credit reporting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow TransUnion to accelerate eBureau’s market presence by leveraging existing TransUnion relationships with thousands of financial institutions and enhancing effectiveness of new data assets. The eBureau solution will be integrated into the widely acclaimed Pramasm platform, allowing lenders to move directly from market insight to action.
