The 26th Annual Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute will take place December 4-5 at Stanford University. The event brings together judges, academics, litigators, patent prosecutors, and senior IP counsel from major corporations to offer a results-oriented, in-depth look at the latest developments in patent law and practice.
During the event, intellectual property partner Rajiv Patel will co-present a session discussing “Hot Topics in Trade Secrets,” and litigation partner Saina Shamilov will co-present a session titled “Injunctive Relief – A global perspective for those enforcing patents and building patent portfolios.”
