INTA Roundtable: Annual U.S. Trademark Case Law Review

Fenwick is excited to be hosting an International Trademark Association (INTA) roundtable in our New York office on Monday, March 6. Facilitated by Mark Jansen, the roundtable luncheon will include a discussion of some of the major cases at the intersection of trademark law and First Amendment free speech protection, including the suit filed by Hermès against Mason Rothschild’s MetaBirkins NFT and Jack Daniel's suit against a dog-toy maker selling a chew toy allegedly resembling the company’s iconic bottle design, among other trademark cases.

This event is free to attend for INTA members and $50 for non-members.
Space is limited, early registration is strongly encouraged.
