Anne Marie works with established and early-stage companies to develop worldwide brand protection strategies, including brand creation, selection, expansion and enforcement. She counsels clients on everything from global trademark portfolio management to domain and social media strategy, copyright protection and online brand enforcement, offering practical advice tailored to each client’s business objectives. She has extensive experience working with companies offering innovative products and services in fields including artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, fintech, NFTs and blockchain.
Anne Marie is active in the International Trademark Association and is currently a member of the Copyright Committee.
Before joining Fenwick, Anne Marie worked in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of international law firms and at leading IP boutiques in Boston, where she represented clients in a broad variety of industries in intellectual property and commercial litigation and in trademark prosecution.
