Fenwick Represents 6sense in $125 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick represented 6sense, a San Francisco-based account engagement platform, in its $125 million Series D financing, increasing the company’s valuation to $2.1 billion. D1 Capital Partners led the round with participation from Sapphire Ventures and Tiger Global. Existing investor Insight Partners also participated.

Proceeds from the investment will be used to expand 6sense’s robust data layer, further develop its machine learning-based next-best-action predictions and continue to scale its AI-based orchestration capabilities to deliver ideal customer journeys based on data and insights.
