Fenwick Represents AirGarage in $12.5 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented AirGarage, a full-stack parking operator that automates the operation of parking lots and parking garages, in its $12.5 million Series A financing. The financing was led by Andreesen Horowitz with participation from existing investors Floodgate, Founders Fund and Abstract Ventures.

AirGarage will use the capital to roll out new software and services to modernize parking real estate. More information can be obtained from AirGarage's announcement.
