Fenwick Represents Alchemy in $200 Million Series C-1 Financing

Fenwick represented Alchemy, a blockchain and Web3 developer platform, in its $200 million Series C-1 financing. The round was co-led by Lightspeed and new investor Silver Lake with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Coatue, Pantera and Addition.

Alchemy will use the new funding to grow its team globally and continue its mission expanding access to Web3 globally. More information can be obtained from Alchemy's announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Michael Esquivel and included associates Will Black, Trevor Lovell, Shajee Rizvi and Peter Li.
